which vert would you keep?

I just bought a 88 vert 2 weeks ago. It looks great but needs a little work.

I just bought a 88 vert today that is fully loaded with leather and everything. It has 97,000 on it . But hasnt run in 8 months so it is not running right now due to battery and ??

the 1st car runs but has more miles. how many not sure but the motor supposedly has around 25,000. It needs work but is running better every day.

I like the mileage and the shape of the 2nd one but it needs a fender and a headlight painted. the top is not as good as the 1st car but I will switch the top if I keep the 2nd car. I bought the 2nd car for parts but it may be the better car. I just need to get it running to find out.

being that is it fully loaded and adult owned I like the 2nd one better so far.

It needs to be towed to my house tommorrow so I can work on it but I want to know what you guys think.

if I can get the 2nd running I will sell the 1st and take a loss as I paid much more for it than the 2nd.

again the 2nd has less miles and more options and better history.

cant keep both as they are breaking the bank big time.

Mike

GreaseVagina.

Sell first find out whats wrong, fix the one thats cheaper, use the otherone for a parts car, or to part it out.

If you have time to burn and you like wrenching on cars I would swap the best stuff into the one with lower miles and sell the other one.

Damn, I wish I had two 'verts to play with!

Get the lo-miler running, then decide.
Sell other 'vert, use cash to buy TII drivetrain.
Swap.
Enjoy boost-induced grin.

making one nice one is the plan but I also thought about selling both and buying a coupe.

then again , it's nice to ride around in the vert on nice days. it's different . feels more like a go cart than a car.

Keep the one with the better body and better top. In my current situation, building up an 89vert making it look nice is costing me more then it did to get it running.

so far I havent been able to get it to start.

The 1st car is actually in better overall shape but the 2nd has parts I am going to need .

Either way one is going to go bye bye.
