vert top corner drain hole overflowing!!

the driver side weep/drain hole tubing is kinda pulled and has a nasty kink/fold, as a result water is not flowing out but overflowing onto my carpet :-(.

I need to pull the hose staight.

where does this hose go to?
what do I need to take off to reach it (I can barely reach it with the tips of my finger.

TIA

it runs underneath the car where the bins are supposed to be on a coupe. gotta just go under the panel in the rear which holds the wind deflector.easy find!

Yep, it drains outside under the spare tire/windeflector area.

You will have to remove the small amount of padding to see it , but they are right there

Somebody cut your hose! It should be alot longer than that. You will need to get a new piece of hose and either replace the old one or get a fitting and extend it to reach the drain hole. Unless you like the way rust looks.

so I can pull the hose off the bottom of the pocket?
is there a nipple there that the hose plugs into?
the hole at the bottom of the pic is where it should go out of the car?
how much of the hose should be protruding out of the hole?
how should I route the hose? under the motor? looks the when the vert top comes down it may jam the hose..

TIA

ps: can someone pls post what the orig setup looks like.

There should already be a hole going through that area. The lil plastic plug you see there is not the proper hole (but would work). Maybe whoever had the car before you plugged up the hole for some reason.

There should be about two inches of hose hanging out the bottom of the car.

Not sure if there is a nipple on the bag but it should be easy to check. Just undue those first two plastic clips holding the inside liner in place and you will gain access to the pocket.

When the vert top is down it should not matter if the hose gets smashed unless you like to drive with the top down in the rain; or wash it with the top down.
