Vacuum replacement
I have looked and looked and have been able to find a nice thread on replacing the vacuum hoses.
Well i will post my process as i go but i would like to have the sizes and the lengths that i need so i don't by the wrong hoses. Also would like to know what to be carefull for and what do i have to all take off to get to all the hoses?

I bought my vacuum lines in a kit of three sizes... I ended up buying 3 of these kits... I used the red silicone vac lines... I would not suggest using these because I am now having problems with the lines kinking up, collapsing, and coming off...
1. If you do use them, I suggest buying a lot of polyurethane hose from Lowes or Home Depot, that will fit in the middle of the vacuum line snuggly...
2. Put the polyurethane in the middle of each hose with the exception of about a 1/2" of each end... This will make them more rigid so they don't collapse or bend easily...
3. Zip tie every end to help keep it on (saw this in one of Aaron's photos)...
4. Take your vacuum hose off one at a time and replace it before taking another off...
You will be done in a few hours... : )

There's nothing you really need to know to replace the lines. Just remove the upper intake, put in new vacuum lines (buy a generic kit from APC/Vibrant/etc. and then cut to length) and reinstall the intake. You'll need new intake gaskets and it's a good time also to replace the rubber fuel lines.

Well the fuel lines what sizes are those and what should i use for those i heard silicone expnads and isn't very good with fuel lines. Those are clear right? (the fuel line). Well thanks for the help!

You won't use silicone for fuel lines. You need fuel injection hose that is available at any auto parts store. The stock size is either 3/8 or 5/16, I don't remember which. Also pick up a bag of fuel injection clamps to replace the horrid stock spring clamps.

I bought 10' of vacuum hose (I've done rubber and silicone). Remove each hose, measure the length, cut it from your length of hose, and install (I used zip ties with the silicone hoses). It's pretty straight forward.
If you remove your intake manifold, be extremely careful around the oil metering lines. If they're old and brittle (they probably are), they can break real easily. Be prepared to replace more than you intended to (fuel pulsation damper may need attention as well).
