vacuum lines sizes

i have perfomed some searches already and didn't find what i was looking for so save the "do a search" responses

does anyone know what lengths (totals not each little piece) and thickness of vacuum lines i need to replace them all on a 86 gxl. thank u

also, my oil pan leaks a bit and i don't know that i have the money to get it changed right now, would it work to put some gasket sealer on the sweaty parts after a good thourough cleaning. i know it won't look too great but it will keep my driveway clean

thank you

I had replaced my Vacuum lines on my 88 GXL last summer.I got them from Hose Techniques. You will need the following:
3.5mm-20ft
6.0mm-5ft
10mm-1ft

I swapped them out with Jet Black Gloss. I never really liked the neon or bright colours anyway. These sizes will cover all vacuum hoses Including the Brake Booster and the lines that connect to the Headlight/Wind Shield Washers. After the swap, you'll still have some left over.

When I had my re man engine Installed, I had developed a leak In the Oil Pan 2 months later. My mechanic Insisted on going to the Dealer ship on this one, b'c I was still under warranty. They removed the Oil Pan overnight and Installed It the next day. I don't think your method will work. You will have to take out.
