ok i fixed the big leak but now the car is idlin at 4000rpms when i rev it up to 5000 it sits for a second an then slowly drops back down an the lowest it will idle is about 3600rpms. I cant get it to drop any lower than that

 

hate to say it but...might want to do a compression test on it.

 

the apex seals were changed less than 20,000 miles ago but my dumbass went out an blew the coolant seals i put a little stop leak in it an it seems to be helpin. but i cant figure out why its idlin so high. I drove it around the block an it lacks power ungodly

 

thats why im saying..just do a compression test and be sure.

cars with a blown rotor have a VERY hard time idling at a low rpm.

 

OK well i just drove it to my parents house an it didnt do to good it has no power whatsoever a pinto could beat me an i have that 3800rpm hesitation thing. but when i pop the clutch it pulls for a second an then drags *** an of course every time i press the clutch the car revs up a little an sits. you really think i have a blown rotor cause the weird part of all this is that before a pulled the motor all it did was run hot after about ten miles an now i'm havin all these problems after i put the same motor back in the car didnt change hardly anything i dont understand

 

other than runnin hot it didnt have any of these problem before
