Vacuum Leak?

So my SE holds its RPMS at 2k and revs up and down a few hundred. I know that my master cylinder has a leak, causing my newly installed brake caliper to not work. Any idea where to look for vacuum leaks or anything?

Spray some carb cleaner around and see if the idle changes. Also, check the idle speed adjust screw. Check out the online fsm for it (look in faqs)
