Vaccumm Line that connects to the TID

what does it do? my friend took out all his spider lines and plugged up that line, what does that line do? and what effects is taking out the soleniod that connects to the bac and intercooler? (AWS?)

The vacuum line for the TID is for emissions.&nbsp It sucks in stuff from the "PCV" (i.e. oil filler neck) and (I think) the charcoal canister.
