I just purchased a 1989 TII this fall. I was wondering what year the 10th anniversary was because it has a 10th anniversary steering wheel, power everything and leather seats. The car is heavily modded. It has custum exhaust, custom downpipe, racing beat headers, engine has been bored out and ported and polished, plus two many other engine mods to list. It has dual fuel pumps with an apexi fuel computer. It has a couple of scratches, it's missing a little bit of the exterior trim and the sunroof is stuck. I only paid 6 g CDN for it too. It is a kick *** car.

 

1988 It would have more then the momo 10th ann. steering wheel. My car is ported with sick mods and a S-AFC with two fuel pumps and so on and so on. Its also a 10th ann. You should take the steering wheel off. Its just not right.
