Vac source with ACV removed

Hello

I've looked at alot of threads talking about using vac sources that is from the ACV for boost gauges, BOV and boost controllers but my ACV is removed
Right now, i have a boost controller, BOV, and the stock PS all connected to the nipple below the BAC. I have the vac rack that's from the back of the engine to the ACV removed.
Is there a way to find a direct like for the BOV from somewhere else and keep the Boost controller and PS more direct?

Thanks

The nipple on the ASV that the MAP sensor connected to went straight through the ACV body and lined up with a small hole in the LIM. If you put a nipple in you ACV block-off plate in exactly the same location, you'll essentially have the stock arrangement back.

but then i will have to drill my block off plate, and JB weld a tube in there correct?

edit: just for reference, --- Admins --- i think the definition of UIM (upper intake manifold) and LIM (lower intake manifold) should be in the FAQ... since i see a lot of posts mentioning the two lately, and it takes quite some time to search for what they mean.

the are total 4 vac lines going in (or out) of the ACV

the pressure sensor line
and 3 lines from the vac rack. which of these are vac/boost and are connected directly to the LIM?

If I use an existing ACV line (which will come out of my Block off plate)
then i should use the stock Bypass Air Valve line to my BOV right?

No, you buy a threaded brass hose barb, drill and tap a hole in the plate, wrap the thread with thread tape and then screw it in. I try to avoid ghetto methods...

You can get the threaded brass barb hose at home depot and the thread tape (also known as teflon tape) at almost any local hardware store.

Yeah. Tap a hole. JBWeld or five minute epoxy only last for a couple of weeks on a Turbo engine.

I finally got around to doing this on the weekend. I used a brass nipple with a 1/8"NTP thread, which was was wrapped in thread tape to ensure it sealed. A bit over half of the thread protruded out the back of the aluminium plate, so this was cut off with a jigsaw and then ground flat. I had made a gasket for the plate from gasket paper, so I cut a small hole in that to match.

I now have the BOV line connected to the new nipple and MAP sensor line (with boost gauge teed in) conneted to the nipple on the UIM close to the BAC valve, which is actually opposite to how they're connected stock.
