using s5 TII tps on FD UIM?

using s5 TII tps on FD UIM?

my friend might be giving me his LIM and UIM off of his FD. i know the FD TPS isnt going to work with my s5 TII ecu. is it possible to use my s5 TII TPS somehow on the FD UIM?

Can't you use the TII TB with the FD UIM? then it will be a bolt on.

Yes it will. The FD TPS has the narrow-range and full-range sensors combined into one unit. Electrically its outputs are identical to the S5 TPS's, so all you have to do is match the wires up. The info on how to do this has been posted before.

the bolts are not in the same spot so they dont match up
