Urgent help needed regarding T56 into FC

I tried to register to that norotors.com, but get messages about problems with their database. Anyone know a contact e-mail for the forum owner or a moderator at norotors.com?

I will ask here what I was going to ask there. Currently I have a 1986 GM 305 in my '87 turbo mounted on a Granny's engine subframe and a T5. I built it in 2001. Everything works well but I want a bit more overdrive, so am thinking of a T56. There is a T56 I am aware of in a 1995 Camaro that I need to move on fast (possibly this morning).

Besides a rear transmission mount, a different driveshaft, and possibly modifying the exhaust what do I need?

As best I have been able to find the input shaft is the same diameter and number of splines as my T5. Can I use the Centerforce clutch I have now? (only 5K gentle miles). The flywheel was a new Hays (also 5K miles).

TIA

How did you have your clutch slave setup in your T5? That may need to change.

It is a fork type using the RX-7 slave cylinder. That will have to change.

As it turned out I did not get to inspect the tranny today, but maybe tomorrow or Monday. In the meantime I received answers to most of my questions, so I think I'm good to go if the tranny is good.

Thanks!
