Upgrading suspension???

In a few weeks im gonna be putting in a new suspension system. I was thinking Tokico HP Blues with Tein S-Tech springs. Does anyone run on this setup and how is the ride in terms of both daily driver and street/track performance?

Or Does anyone have a better spring combination with the Tokico Blues than the S-tech springs

I run ground control springs... http://www.ground-control-store.com/...tion.php/II=41
350 front and 275 rear. I had tokico HP's and they are too soft for these springs. If you go with a racing beat spring say at 160lbs that would be a better match. If you want stiff springs you need adjustable shocks.

im running the tokiko HP's (blues) and tein S- Tech springs. it gives the car a nice ride on the street and track. when your driving down the road you can tell the car has stiffer suspension but it is alot more tolorable than the Gf10' s and the kyb agx's even though the agx's are adjustable. but when you are on the track you can really feel the supension working and you know you have a sport tuned suspension. also keep in mind that if you go with the S-tech spring you are gonna be dropping you car aprox 1.25-1.5 inches which gives it nice low and aggressive stance. when/if you get this setup besure to get your car realigned due to the drop from the springs.

also a word of adive with this setup i went with suspension techniques sway bars from www.optionimports.com and they cost about $304 shipped and work way better than the stock swaybars even set on the understeer setting

Im about to buy some Tokico blues and eibach springs that were on a friends FC. Im hoping they lower the car a considerable ammount. I have a retarded ammount of fender gap for some reason on my car.

Thanks for the advice... I was wondering did you have to get a camber kit when you went with this setup?

to me nothing is better than the Tokico hp blue's with Racing Beat Springs. I have had this set up for a few weeks now and I couldn't be any happier with them.

I personally am looking at the racing beat springs tokico strut illumina shocks. I was also wondering if anyone knows where i can be able to get shocks that will adjust with my electronic suspension control.

I'm running the Racing Beat Suspension package (springs and anti-sway bars) and AGX shocks. The ride is noticeable firmer on the street and over rough roads, but the car handles like it's on rails in the corners. This setup really shines if you go to the track every so often, I'm talking real track or auto-x not the drag strip. It's also fairly economical compared to some options out there, and if you aren't sure about the shocks they can be substituted with Tokicos or Konis, both of which are good options.

Watch out for counterfeit S-Tech springs!
A lot of these are being dumped on eBay, so look for an authorized dealer locally if you're going to get them!

I am running a Racing Beat Spring/swaybar combo along with a set of fully adjustable Koni adjustables. I also have a Megan Racing (who is that?) Strut tower bar.

Might as well be a roller coaster, has 0 body roll.

I am going to be running with Tokico HP struts and RS*R springs, also have poly bushings. I would give some input on how this setup works but I'm still waiting for the springs to come from Japan....since I haven't read of anyone running these springs I will be posting about them later after I have them installed.

Bottom line is if you upgrade your suspension to any respectable aftermarket brand you're going to be happy... many people's opinions are based off of what their car has, and, if you notice, many people have completely different set-ups... which means no set-up is better than another.

Case in point, you're going to be one happy camper once you've got whatever set-up you decide to use installed.
