Question Engine Problem After Rebuild, Need Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have a 88' Turbo w/ a newly rebuilt streetport. I've been granny driving it for about 250 Miles, Decided to give it a push today and on all gears the engine sputters around 4500 RPM . Felt like I had some type of fuel cut off (like MSD's). WHAT'S GOING ON???!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

do you have an aftermarket turbo-back exhaust system?

if so, you could be breaking the 8.6 psi fuel-cut off point..?

if that's the case.. visit racingbeat's website and buy their S4 fuel cut defenser, or go stand-alone.

preferably the latter, especially if you have a streetport.

ohm test the secondary injectors at the ECU, i am willing to bet you have an injector clip issue... been seeing a lot of this lately.

I already have a fuel cut off defencer it's called creeping Death. Any other suggestions?????

it's in the factory service manual, you can get a copy in the FAQ thread. should be a value for testing the injector circuit at the ECU.
