undertray differences S4 & s5

undertray differences S4 & s5
As the title says, I am wondering if there are any differences between the S4 and S5 undertrays.
My car is an 88 Se with an S5 front bumper skin on it, and I didn't get an undertray with the car. A local RX-7 guy has an undertray he can hook me up with off of an 86 S4.
Will there be any mounting problems with this configuration?
