under dash pressure sensor s4

so I was pretty sure that both under the dash and engine bay pressure sensors were n318 for turbo models... but I have a n318 in the engine bay and a n326 under the dash.....? is that correct? any help is appreciated. all I could find was stuff on the engine bay sensor.

Yes that's correct. The ATP is the same part for turbo and Na.

the under dash sensor is NOT the same as the one under the hood, it is an ATMOSPHERIC pressure sensor. it has a vented cap instead of a vacuum line nipple.

Just curious, does NA cars have this pressure sensor under the dash? I thought it was built into the ECU.

Anyone have a picture of an atmostpheric pressure sensor? I have an uncut complete wiring 88tii wiring harness but some of electronic boxes got disconnected and this is the only that i cant ID. Im doing a T2 conversion and redoing the harness from scratch. TIA

It sort of looks like the one at the bottom of the page.
86-92 Engine Electrical

Only it is located in the Passenger kick panel area and does not have a hose connected to it,just a connector.

I saw that. Identical to a boost sensor (marked 318 also) but without the vacuum port. As I said, I'm making my own harness, saving the uncut 88 tii harness (complete from headlights to taillights) for my SA's Tii smog legal conversion.
