but back on topic, I agree that the questionable device should be opened up, maybe start by gently unwrapping the protective electrical tape barrier and then use oxy acetylene to cut it open, that way you would safely vaporize any harmful substances contained therein before they get into your lung parts. then take more pics and post them up for inspection.

 

actually the first owner that had the car put a cb in it (she worked for the sac sheriff's office over here) strange when I looked over the car I never noticed that haha wouldn't be too worried about it

btw I know the P.O you bought it from and I met with the lady that he bought it from
