ECU Diag Code 35?

ECU Diag Code 35?
Did the diagnostic test on a friends UK spec TII and we get codes 30 and 35. He has the Splt air pipe blocked off, so I'm guessing they've pulled the plug from the solenoid on the ACV that diverts air there.
We've searched all over the place for some info on the Code 35 - we've double checked as well, in case we misread it - but it's a 35.
Car is a manual, 91 registered.
RotorWiki, FSM (all versions we could find) and various sites list the codes but there is nothing between 34 (BAC valve) and 37 (OMP). Anyone had this code or know what the heck it is ?
