Ultimate throttle body mod

I was working on my project car this morning. I couldn't figure out why it was revving uncontrollably. I pulled the intake tube off and looked in, and here's what I found:

I guess the previous owner's reasoning was, the more air coming in, the better.

I'm just confused...

When some one does that don't they immediately **** themselves a little, say "oh ****" when they start the car, and fix it?

Apparently that person just said "**** it... car for sale"

some people think that by "removing the secondary butterflies" they take it literally and remove ALL of them. durr, only remove the secondary "choke" butterflies...
