Question UIM on an S5 N/A is there a hose for here?

or is it just capped?

On the upper intake manifold, nearest the firewall there a 2 hose fittings that come out of the side of the manifold. A good drawing is on page F1-45

1) one goes up and attaches to the water thermo valve

2) is capped?

At least that what it looks like on page F1-39 of the FSM or 1-I-4 (32 of 142) of the parts diagrams

Can a S5 owner please confirm?

i'll check it tonight for ya, but i think it is capped. i know the one immediately above your circle goes to the engine block. i'm pretty sure the only other hose from the uim goes to the bac valve.

Thanks John! It's been so long since I took it all apart I'm starting to forget where everything went!
