UIM / Intercooler Nipple id request

Have a JDM / jspec motor I'm putting back together.
Looking to identify where these 2 nipples terminate.
I've read through the JDM version of the FSM (found here) and wasn't able to find where these guys are supposed to go.

Connector on the TMIC | top mount intercooler vacuum line

Connector on the UIM | upper intake manifold vacuum line

I’m suspecting you’re looking at usdm tmic and uim. I say that because I see a usdm emissions solenoid (aws or some other term) attached to the rear of the UIm.

Text on top of the top mount would indicate usdm vs jdm. A threaded mounting hole for the aws solenoid on top of the uim would indicate a usdm uim.

check the usdm vacuum routing diagrams.

Thanks for the replies. Sorry didn't specify. This is an S4.
@DR_Knight I'd agree with you, except the AWS switch has an inlet and an outlet tube. The switch you call out has neither and there aren't mounting holes for the AWS on the top of the manifold.
I'm also certain these parts are JDM, I've run into too many other differences vacuum wise.

This excerpt from the JDM manual is leading me to believe the two nipples in the photos should be joined together.
Thing is the nipple sizes are different on each of these, which has me second guessing that assumption.
