so i removed my 6 port and emission system totally. reinstalled my manifolds and had a leak. so i ordered a full gasket kit and plugged all the vaccum spots that needed to be blocked and also i made sure the acv was sealed tight. i reassembled it today and it wont hold idle. i figured it was another leak so i sprayed starter fluid around and still no sign of leaks. SO heres my question...i have a t2 lower manifold that japan2la is machining to match the 6 port motor(for my turbo build...soon) and was wondering if i could just use it(with the t2 upper of course)? the things i know i need to adapt would be fuel lines,omp lines,throttle cable, and work something out with the afm. my tb has the plates removed so the cooling lines i dont have to worry about them.
