smoking at idle

Well, I've tried all that I can think to do and I'm stumped. I've turned the idle mixture pot all the way lean, rn injector cleaner through, ran water through and if I turn my safc down any more it dies.

I have no catylitic converter but I didn't think it'd be THIS bad. When I got the car the cats had already been removed. The primaries are stock 550's. It's not burning oil or water it just smells like exhaust!

Any help is greatly appreciated. Especially for those sitting behind me in the drive-thru!
