The leading plugs (the bottom ones) are different to the trailing plugs (the top ones). They're different heat ranges, and should be marked L and T so you know where to put them. The trailing plugs also have two blue stripes on them.

stock = factory, not an upgrade
NGK= Japanese manufacturer of spark plugs
Leading = Leading plug, bottom of the 2 on rotor housing
Trailing= Trailing plug, upper " " " " "

Any auto parts store can get them.

The way i remember them plugs is T and L ... T=Top and L= Lower... i never get it wrong. And by just reading your post, i'm pretty sure u WILL mess up with the plug wires (putting them backwards). Hey, I did it when i was new.

haha....yeah. my engine wouldnt start and for about a month i was pissed cause im new too! but to the point....i called a rotary shop and for $50, they told me that it was flooded...ha. they pulled the plugs out, i bought new ones, already knowing that i needed two trailing AND two leading, but i didnt know the wires had to go a certain way but something told me to check it, so i checked and the blue wires next to the CMC go to the trailing, and the black ones to the leading!

I think of it as a drunk person saying, "leading." it might be confused for, "lady." and the lady goes on the bottom. anyways....urs is a bit better.....and less sexist too!
