Turn signals and emergency lights don't work

They just randomly stopped working today. I was looking on forums and it seems like the cause is the flasher cpu board? Where is that located?

Driver side kick panel, buried near the dead peddle. It is a long black box with two connectors going to it. Ensure that it's getting power, bulbs are in place/not burned up/etc.

The connector on the "bottom" is the one that leads to the flash board. Removing the screw (PH1) then lifting the 3 tabs (being careful not to break them) pops the plastic panel and the board slides out.

I found it but it had 3 connectors to it. All bulbs are good just no signals and emergency. How do I check to see there's power going to it? I looked at the board and didn't see any cracked joints or blown capacitors but I'm just a low grade hobbyiest so what do I know.

First check the two fuses for the circuit and they are the 10 amp hazard and 15 amp turn fuse (use a multimeter set to continuity). The plug w/7 wires or so at the CPU is the plug you need to check. The Black/Blue wire has constant voltage powered by the hazard fuse. If it has power then place a ground on the Light Green wire in the same plug and that should cause both the Green/White wire and the Green/Black wire to have power (these tow wires run to the hazard lights) and thus cause the hazards to turn on..

Thanks for the info. Luckily my friend has a spare to try out and works so was definitely the unit.

JxT, you can always forgo the flasher CPU board if you wanted to and wire something up with relays.
