Rotaryresurrection Five speed adapter question

Hey guys, I took the directions off RR's website to the machine shop along with 8.5" of C channel, This is the end result. I know its probably difficult to see from the photo, but it just looks different compared to Kevins pictures, anyone think the holes were drilled wrong that has done this before?

The measurements that the fabricator did are correct, however, my question is did he position them correctly.

Here are the photos of Kevin's design

Here is mine. the measurement is way off.

However, the measurement between the two holes are 5 1/8" So it might work.
