no, there is no such pully you can turn the eshaft with, the eshaft isnt conected to anything, all the pullys conected to the belts spin on a main pully, which isnt conected to anything either....

If your belts are on, you can just pull on the belt (don't pinch your fingers). If you need to do a lot of turning, it's easy to remove the fan and then use a 19 mm (IIRC) on the bolt on the eccentric shaft.

^ That must be the 13B-Zen engine that Mazda's been working on. It also uses a lot of fuel and it uses no fuel, because the rotors do exist, and they do not exist. "What is the sound of one rotor spinning?"
