Cool turbos?

i know there is a million answers to this but im looking for a direct bolton replacement turbo for my 87tII i want one thats better then stock that can handle 15psi safely i know what i have to do to run that boost but i cant find a direct replacment so i dont need to do all kinds of custom **** ...........thatll all come in due time
