turboing a 6 port N/A motor

yeah, I know there's a lot of stuff about this, but I'm lazy, so please guys, just answer a couple questions for me.

okay, for turboing an N/A motor(I think its a S5 N/A motor), could I simple take the turbo and exhaust manifold from a TII motor, and bolt them on? would there be any problems with this? also, for plumbing the oil, could I just use the front cover from a S4 TII motor, and would all the lines for the turbo bolt right up? would we still be able to use the S5 OMP with the S4 front cover?

thanks
