You don’t really need one. A turbo timer idles the engine for a short period so that the turbo cools down and doesn’t bake the oil in the bearings after shut off, causing carbon deposits that kill the bearings.
However this really only applies to air-cooled turbos. FC’s have a turbo with a water-cooled centre. This means the core temps don’t get nearly as high as they do with air-cooled turbos. Unless you’ve just been fanging it, there’s no need to idle the car down. So just drive the last mile or so to your destination without pushing the turbo.
If you replace the stock turbo with an upgraded one that’s not water-cooled (there are some out there), then a TT is a good idea.

Agreed with above. You don't really need one unless you are the type of person who drives as fast as possible around town, jams on the brakes when you get to the parking lot, and jumps out of your car becuase you are late to work/school/meeting/etc. Just as long as you drive around or idle for 2 minutes after thrashing the turbo you will be fine.
