Alright well. I am planning to weld part of the turbo housing. The part where the cast iron connects to the manifold.

I would like to remove the insides of the turbo though just to be on the safe side. The actually fan thing. How do we do this? So I really just want the housing of it...not the actually insides. we took off the bolts that have the plates. 2bolts to each plate. Do we just pull it apart from there ?
