Will a streetported engine work normally if i decide too postpone the buying of a bigger turbo oil coolers and manifold and all other mods too get more power out of the engine and just run it at stock boost etc?

I'm not sure what you are asking. A bigger oil cooler is the least of your worries when upgrading a turbo.

Even running at stock boost levels, a larger turbo is pushing more air through the engine. So the short answer is no.

running everything stock with a streetport...no bigger turbo..
