turbo recomendations

My stock s4 turbo will probably needa rebuild soon. Rebuilds werent that cheap when i shoped around.

I was looking to get a turbo for same , or better spoolup than the stock s4 turbo. The bolt on upgrades searched were all for 400+hp. Can anyone recomend a turbo good for around 300hp with good spoolup?

what about getting my stock turbo upgraded?

My engine is street ported and doesnt really kick untill 4000rpm

BNR Stage 1-3, maybe even 4. Can get them at BNRTurbos.com for approx. $650-$750

Stage 1 will spool by approx. 3500rpm, pretty much stock. Stage 4 Ive seen people say 4500rpm. 95nracer is making ~300whp on his stage 1 with great spool at I think was 10psi (dont quote me). Stage 4 claims as much as 400whp+

Im sure you will hear nothing but good things about them. A ton of people here run them. Call Bryan and find out more and ask what he recommends for your setup. He is a good guy and wont tell you wrong

Not that I know of. If its not broken, no need to replace it. Stock one works great
