Turbo questions...

A friend of mine has a T3 turbo that he recently rebuilt. He said he'd give it to me for $120. It's never even been used as it was going to go on his Mustang which burned to the ground not long ago

now my question is, right now im saving money to go ahead and buy a jspec turbo engine and rebuild it in the near future. I started out wanting to do a NA -> T2 conversion but decided It'll probably easier to pass emissions if i just do a T2 engine/drivetrain swap.
Anyway, what im wondering is how do i measure out the flange on this turbo to see if it will mate to a stock manifold?

And on top of that, is 120 a good price for a rebuilt T3?

A T3 is too small for an RX-7.
