turbo question
turbo question
i had a s5 hybrid but now i am putting a to4 i have a hks cast manifold and hks racing wastegate i need to see some pics of other people set up like oil return lines
If you take the compressor cover off and measure the wheel It will be easier to identify the turbo for you . ( and if you can take the hotside off and measure the turbine wheel that will help also )
for oil feed you can run it from the iron ( on driver side where the stock hard line starts )
so it would be a 90 degree then the line to 45 degree to turbo ( might have to use restrictor ).
Then for oil return you will need to buy the front cover flange -12 usually if i remember then run a line from turbo to the flange.

First of all, this stuff is not a bolt-in project.
There's a lot of little things that need to be addressed.
You sound like you're in over your head.
Second, your compressor wheel measurements are not accurate.
There is nothing that I can find that comes remotely close to your 67mm / 76mm numbers - 2.6" / 3.0".
Are you eyeballing it?
You need a pair of vernier dial calipers for accuracy.
You can cross-referece the numbers here:

they sell kits of oil lines... you might have to e-mail him and tell him your exact setup.
