turbo placement help

i am about to start building my exhaust manifold for my engine.

i have to put it in a very particular place, which is somewhat difficult when you don't have your car around to measure the engine bay.

could somebody do me the favor of measuring two things for me in their own cars? (i own an FC)

How much farther down vertically an engine is capable of moving without modifying the frame. this is because it will have a 1/2 thick dry sump pan.

How much higher is the top of the frame rail, right beneath the shock tower, than the shaft for the pulley on the front of the engine.

thank you very much to anyone who would actually go and measure this for me.
