An 88Vert is well the best year to do it in. Since you seem not to want to really research it to much b/c it is not as easy as people like to think I will post the simplest way to do this for a manual transsmition setup.
Your ECU will work for this setup now :-)
1. S4 13bT long block
2. USDM TII Emissions harness
2. N/A Flywheel
3. TII pressure sensor
4. TII AFM
5. TII hood
6. TII knock sensor "not needed but should have came with harness"
7. DP and aftermarket exhaust or custom
8. TII throttle cable
9. TII intake assembly and TID
10. Upgraded fuel pump
This is just the hard wear you will need a few trips to the parts store for all the fluids hoses belts anything you break tools you don’t have that you didn’t know existed wires plugs engine cleaner and blahh blahh blahh.
Oh yea this is all in the archives already.
PS. I have all that stuff for sale anyways.
