Turbo II maintain...

on my 91 turboII , what does anyone recommend to keep the turbo system clean, something to maintain its stability, take car off it. gotta be some **** todo. Any help would be great! thanks.

Nothing physically you can do to the turbo...
Use good quality gasoline - keeps the deposits down
Change your oil - keeps lubrication to the turbo up
ALWAYS COOL YOUR TURBO DOWN AFTER A HARD RUN - people will use turbo timers to do this also.

yeah just let it cool down especially after you run it hard and make sure you use the right octane fuel

change oil every 2500 miles, tuneups/plugs every 18-22K miles.

Other than that mabey the 1 time teflon oil addative to reduce friction.

Don't run without an air filter. Although this sounds like common sense, I have heard of people abusing their turbines by running them open.
