I am not aware of any HKS twin turbo kit for the 87 RX-7. Does your car have a 13B-REW engine transplant?

How are you attempting to adjust the boost, and what is your goal?

People are not answering your post because it is not clear. See the guidance on bumps:

In other words you have absolutely no idea what is under your hood and you are attempting to screw with it as if you were a mechanic. This is not good.

OK, let's try again...

1. I want _____ boost than what the turbo currently produces
[_] more
[_] less

2. The maximum boost that the turbo currently produces is ____.

3. My Cartech kit components have the following markings:
[_] Hi-Flow 4i
[_] Hi-Flow 2C
[_] Hy-Therm
[_] QCBC
[_] Something else: ____________

4. The fuel pump in my car is:
[_] Stock Mazda
[_] Bosch pump that came with the Cartech kit
[_] Something else: ____________
[_] Don't know

5. This is the size of my fuel injectors or carburetor: _________
