Turbo Exhaust

If I have an NA, would a Turbo Exhaust make much difference in noise because I like the size of the muffler. Its bigger and the NA's are smaller.

All of the catbacks for the 2nd gen are universal. (At least the ones I've seen, except for the Turbo back system from RB).

I would assume that the noise would be slightly louder because the turbo cars have the turbo in the exhaust stream to baffle the noise a bit... But I don't think it would be much. But, I've never tried it.

On a N/A you dont want to go bigger than a 2 1/4 pipe, unless its ported. Anything more is kind of a waste.

Turbo exhausts are generally louder on NA cars for two reasons:

1) The turbine itself acts as a muffler (well, just a little!) and...

2) Backpressure = death for turbine cars (so the mufflers are opened up a bit to relieve backpressure)

But like I said, all 2nd gen aftermarket catbacks are universal (from what I've seen). If I'm missing one, please let me know, cuz I'm 99.9% sure of it...

I think he is saying that a given exhaust system will be louder on a NA RX-7 than on a TII, which is true.

Racing Beat offers different exhaust systems for the NA and TII. You may not notice different exhaust sizing from the "shiny" namebrands who cater more to the show car crowd. What they usually do is offer different sizes, and you just get what looks good.
