No need to "re pin".. As long as you are swapping a S4 13BT into your S4 N/A chassis, you can use the N/A harness as is. You may need to lengthen the BACV wires, TPS wires, and possibly the alternator plug wires.

If you think that the bypass air control valve is "emissions", then you're sadly mistaken and you need to put it back on. Seriously, I don't understand why people feel the need to remove them! Your car could possibly idle without it, but try adding any load to the engine at idle and see what happens.
Not saying you did that, but I've just seen a lot of people remove them. It's aggravating, to say the least.

^ AGreen is right. The bypass air control valve has to do with idle/load and is not emissions related. I regretted not having my BACV for the longest time. Reinstalled it, and what an improvement.

if you have power steering, there was one wire that went from the ecu to the power steering that needs just to be disconnected/pin pushed back. It goes to the knock sensor on turbo ecu. This thread has details, particularly post 7 https://www.rx7club.com/2nd-generation-specific-1986-1992-17/how-make-s4-na-engine-harness-work-s4-t2-ecu-491683/
Also, there is some discussion about the power steering pin issue, work arounds/just disconnecting/etc in that thread. go MR2 electric power steering pump and you will have no problems. that pin goes to some air control valve that adds more air to the engine to compensate for your ps pump working. not a big deal but mr2 pump completely eliminates that problem and no load on the engine from ps.
and a reference thread just in case for the swap
