Way, way too small.

Generally, any turbo from a small displacement piston engine (<4 L) is going to be too small. Often even the larger piston engine turbos, while fine compressor wise, have too small a turbine size.

why do people think its a good idea to pick up cheap turbos? the stock turbos can be found for a little over $100, actually fit and are sized for the 13B.

Because it'll require a ton of fabrication and that **** will be blowing hot *** air at like 3k rpm. The turbo WILL blow, the engine will probably blow, and if for some reason you actually got it to work, the horsepower gain would be extremely not worth it.

I know the 13b exhaust is hotter than a standard car. But still wouldn't that mean the air would be hot on a bigger turbo too?

What I mean is with a turbo that small, its gonna be way off its efficiency range by mid-rpm's. Meaning that turbo is no longer creating any power, but just spinning hot air and creating backpressure for your engine to swallow, as the turbo is now going to be a restriction in the exhaust.

What I'm trying to say is don't do it.
