turbo 6port injector question?
turbo 6port injector question?
alright well ive done not a rediculous ammount of reading but enough to find that a common problum with using the t2 injectors on a 6port turbo is flooding ... would it be a possability to use just the stock na injectors as primarys and the t2 injectors as secondarys and tune accordingly via a safc 2 by apexi ... i have not heard of anyone doing this but perhapos i was looking in the wrong places /...if anyone has any input it would be grewat thanx
bumps arent allowed....
i use cleaned 550 tII injectors on mine and it flooded one time... the very first time i started it after turboing it....
use the 550's bud... security... you dont want to go over the duty cycle of the injectors.

I didn't have any problems with flooding. Granted my is a S5 series. I would not go with 460cc. 6 port has the potential for more air which means it would need more fuel. You run the chance of being lean, specialy if you increase boost.

460 primary and 550cc secondary injectors are NOT enough on the stock ECU. All 550's is the minimum that you will want to run. A much better setup is 550 primary and 720 secondary.
You should not have flooding problems with 4 x 550CC if the car is in good shape.
