Turbo 2 swerves left to right sometimes when going over 70 mph. Scary feeling motion
Okay so here is what i have done. I had the front wheel bearings changed,
balljoints on both sides are new, new tokico shocks with stock springs, and had it
aligned 3 times. The last time i had it done it seemed like it was okay but it still
pulls to the left a little at high speeds. I drove it from Austin to El Paso and El
Paso to Austin. When i was driving the car at like 80 mph or faster the car
swerves left to right like if something is loose(when i hit bumps it is really bad-
can almost loose control of the whole car at high speeds). I dont know what
else to do. The guy that worked at pep boys mentioned something about the rack
and pinion but did not catch exactly what he said. Has anyone ever encountered
this problem?

Worn out bushings is the most likely.
The alignment shop should have spotted them.
You may need to go to a different shop.
Another possibility – dirt or wear in the steering rack.
To check:
Jack the fronts off the ground.
Push the tire left & right to feel for any rough spots in the rack travel.
Then start the engine & slowly turn the steering wheel left & right to feel for any rough spots.

It would help if you tell us which year RX-7 you have.
Most likely, worn out end links (either 89-91 "dog bone style" or 86-88 "replaceable bushing style"), old DTSS bushing (use eliminator bushing instead), or subframe end links are worn out.
