turbo 2 swap ALT wiring question

Also so I got an s4 t2 swapped car, i'm using a t2 engine harness....

I wired up the alt plug to the engine harness to the corresponding colors on the dash harness( the orange plug) in the pass kick panel, now on the t2 there were two brown wires as the N/a has the black and white, so I spliced in the alt wirings to the brown wires that correspond to the n/a harness.

But for some reason i'm not getting voltage to the plug with the key on.

with the plug it my alt wont charge but without it will but my idiot lights will stay on.

any help? I'm looked at both wiring diagrams but cant figure out why i'm not getting voltage.

they lead to this plug....

Pretty much I'm not getting any voltage to the alt plug when I wired it to the main harness how it's supposed to be on a na harness.

Like this.... Except I'm using a t2 harness and my alt plug is spliced into wiring on the t2 harness

sounds like it would be best just to swap over a n/a harness...

I've been trying to get that plug to work, I had to fix some wiring but at the plug I get around 11.8 volts at the R terminal, but nothing on the L maybe like .2 volts at the most, it should be 1-3 volts.and I made damn sure it was wired in correctly according to my N/a harness and the wires on the dash plug.

Heres a pic of were my wires are spliced into.

The L terminal wire (White/Black) also should have 12 volts w/key to on and plug disconnected. If it does and also barely has voltage w/key to on, and plug connected to the alternator then that should be good enough.

I got it figured out, so the brown wires on the Turbo 2 harness go to the boost sensor on the dash, and you want to the cut off those wires completely or else it will back feed,

now if I could just get my cruise control and logic con to work lol.
