Turbo 2 hood scoop replacement?

I'd imagine back in the day, there were hood scoops being made out of fiberglass and "carbon fiber", and I would've thought that I'd be able to find someone making a replacement hood scoop, but no luck so far.

Does any one make a drop in replacement???

I believe you can source them from Retro-Spec.

Retro-spec's shop burnt to the ground and lost most of everything he had.

Sounds like an insurance job to me...

So there's no knock off or anything like that at all out there?
I'm just trying to replace my half pieced scoop.. Don't really need it to be carbon fiber. Thanks for the input though.

Not at all an insurance job. He's trying to make a comeback, but unfortunately the fc community is pretty cheap, so he's doing other platforms first.

As far as scoops go, you'll have to just keep an eye out. I recently scored a re-a hood scoop delete for a steal

I can vouch for retro-spec. I was hesitant to order my idiot light gauge pod, but for 100 bucks I gave him a shot anyways. Took 2 months but the product delivered was excellent and had a perfect fit. I would do business again. Been meaning to add this to the good business section.

I will definitely be more proactive in looking around. Just wasn't sure if it's easier to find a good hood or not.

That does look pretty damn good. I might consider him now.

Would any one recommend hunting for another scoop or hood?
