i am not that good at writing things out but i tried taking out the fuse and then tryed starting it and it still did not start but some thing is dumping a lot of fuel i am going to check the injectors and put some other ones in and would a vacuum leak make it idle at 4000rpm

Hmmm weird. I wouldn't expect a vacuum leak to make it idle up to 4 grand. You might want to research the "Fuel Cut-off Switch" Modd to control the flooding though. I know a lot of 2nd gens have had problems with flooding and this seems to work ok.

if you don't know all the previous information on the car

1) who did the J-spec insall?
2) waht was replaced on the install?
3) compression test)

you could be searching for a needle in a hay stake!!! I would go threw all the wiring. engine compartment, double check everything. I would suspect wrong engine harness, or wrong injectors, impeadance.

they put in a s5 engine in and the car is a s4 but they used the s4 injectors they did not change the front cover but i might just block the omp and run premix. I don't know what was changed i am going to check the fuel pressure regulator and see if that is making it flood and it smoked a lot when i got it started but i think that is normal for right now because they were spraying stuff trying to make it start
