I hope you don' t mean lower Hp than stock.
They give you more TQ from ~2k rpms and up. They also peak at 7k rpms which is the S4's redline. This could probably be changed with differing locations for the silencers or changing the bends up a bit but it is just fine for me since I don't go past 7k

If you have an S4 or don't want to run the air pump you can use mazdatrix's header(its just an RB header with a little bung for the ports with a line. )

just guess and pick a tube to weld the bung onto and assume that the engine will run right w/ the O2 sensor only monitoring one rotor???

weld in a X-over pipe between the 2 primaries and weld the bung on the X-over between the 2 pipes??

i dont really want something thats super loud...my supra is already too loud w/ an open Downpipe... oddly, i kinda wanted my RX7 to be the quiet car. Im afraid to use mufflers w/ fiberglass packing due to the tremendous heat the rotary will produce.

I want something that can make good power UNDER 8000 RPM... i dont feel like raising the Redline and want power i can use.
You can have a bung made for the o2 sensor at your local exhaust shop. The reading from one rotor should be fine.

You don't need a crossover pipe.

Once again TRUE DUALS are NOT loud. Compared to a single with the same components ie mufflers and silencers the volume is double with a single.

True Duals make plenty of power and TQ down low unlike singles from what I hear.
The entire power band gets boosted and at no area in the power band do you loose power. You only gain.
