Thats great news, i figured instead of rebuilding my stock engine, me and my cousin would go halfs on it, would i need to do any modifications to make the motor fit?

1) Mounts.
2) Rebuild.
3) Oil return block off plate, (if he is not going to use the twins.)
4) Counter weight, (you we need to change from auto to 5 speed.)
I'm sure there is more for this list like your turbo setup, vac lines & so on but i hope this helps
