New Mods = New problems

So, I just got my Rtek 1.5 a Walbro 255 put in. When I first started my car up everything was good. When it finally came up to temperature i decided to "test" it out! It was all good. Evthing that was supposed to happen did. (i.e. no fuel cut.) And I found I'm hitting about 11-12 PSI which is a little higher than I wanted but, that'll be fixed soon, I hope! Anyway, after running it through it's paces I stop and went through the Jack in the Box drive thru and when I exited I gunned it and everything but, as I came up to about 5-6 PSI(5,000 RPM) it started to bog. (3rd gear and higher) I zeroed out my S-AFC and no change. I'm thinking my ignition mybe blowing out but I don't know. It still idles and drives great until I'm building boost then......it'll cough.....

Any ideas would be great. I'm getting plugs and wires this weekend. Hopefuly that'll help.

Do you have a wideband or can you get to a dyno? If your running the 780cc injectors with the 1.5 then it might be dumping to much fuel. Are you on the stock fuel pressure regulator also?

Well I think I found something. It maynot be the only problem but, I'm sure it's not helping in any way. The metal tube that comes out of the turbo and connects to a rubber tube that goes to the wastegate was loose. So I tugged on it and it fell out! SO....Will JB weld hold it in or do I need a new compressor housing or what? I'm planing on getting an S5 turbo setup but I don't know how soon that'll be.

Turns out it was a boost leak. After the first good boost, I popped of an intercooler pipe from one of the connectors! Then when the boost settled back down it seated just enough to keep me from having a major vacuum leak.
