toruue setting on the main pulley 19mm nut

Does any one know the torque setting on the 19mm main pulley nut where the thermal pellet goes?

Ok, I'll use the locktite and an air wrench with the car in neutral and clutch in.

Looking at the link above, the bearing looks like a thrust bearing and pushing in on the clutch helps seat the bearing preventing movement.
